No. Our standard site survey, project planning, and pricing service in our service areas, especially in Istanbul and surrounding provinces, is completely free. Our expert team visits your location to design the most suitable solution and provide you with a custom quote.

Although our headquarters is in Istanbul, we undertake large projects all over Turkey. Additionally, we provide export and installation support for projects in neighboring geographies. You can contact us regarding the location of your project.

Technical Details

The main difference is energy efficiency. Insulated systems minimize heat and sound transmission thanks to special thermal barriers and the use of double/triple glazing, which reduces your heating costs in winter and cooling costs in summer. Non-insulated systems, on the other hand, are an economical solution for interior partitions or areas where insulation is not a priority.

Yes. Our motorized shutters, roller doors, pergolas, and automatic door systems, in particular, can be fully integrated with most current smart home automation systems. This allows you to manage your systems from your mobile devices or central control units.

All our products are manufactured in accordance with international quality and safety standards such as CE and ISO 9001. Additionally, our special products like fire-rated roller shutters have the relevant fire resistance certifications (e.g., E180, EW90).

Process and Ordering

The duration varies depending on the size of the project and the specifications of the ordered product. A standard residential application is usually completed within 1-3 weeks after order confirmation, while for large-scale commercial projects, this period is determined according to the project schedule. We always provide you with a clear delivery and installation timeline during the quotation phase.

For project-based work, we generally accept bank transfers and EFT. The order process is initiated with a down payment determined by the project's scale, and the remaining balance is collected upon completion of the work. You can speak with our sales representatives for detailed information.

Warranty and Support

Yes, all our products are covered by a standard 2-year Fenestra warranty against manufacturing and installation defects. Third-party components such as motors and automation products are subject to the warranty terms of their respective manufacturers/distributors.
